Are you unsure about what tea to pick?  Many customers tell me they hate to spend their hard-earned money on quality tea when they're not sure what they'll like.  I get it, I've been disappointed before too.

To help you choose, I've compiled a list of the most common questions and concerns that people have when choosing tea, and included links to the categories and/or flavors that would be a good match for those concerns.  If you have a question that isn't listed here, please feel free to contact me, I'd love to help!

I'm avoiding Caffeine

Does caffeine affect your sleep, or your blood pressure, or make your kids bounce off the walls?  Yeah, that's my family too.

I carry 3 types of teas (tisanes, really) that are naturally caffeine-free.

You can shop for them by clicking the links below:

Herb & Fruit Tisanes

Herbal Tisanes

I don't like Flavored Teas/I'm avoiding added flavors.

I offer a number of black, green, white, and oolong teas, as well as rooibos, that don't have added flavorings.

You can shop for teas without added flavors (they are all delicious!) by clicking the link below:

Unflavored Teas

I also offer Herbal Tisanes, which do not have added flavors, and Sangria Herb & Fruit which does not have added flavors.

I want to Make Iced Tea

All of the teas in this category make great iced tea:

I'm looking for Antioxidants

All forms of real tea (white, green, oolong, black) that I carry contain antioxidants.  Rooibos also contains antioxidants.

Tea Upsets My Stomach

Most likely, it is the tannin in tea that is giving you trouble.  You can try steeping the tea for a shorter amount of time, or reduce the temperature of the water you use to steep.  If that doesn't help, the "On the Rocks" blend seems to be lower in tannin than most other teas I have tried.

If nothing seems to help and you know that tea just isn't for you, try Rooibos.  It is very low in tannins, and you'll still get flavor, antioxidants and a refreshing drink.
